  Once your return is approved, the replacement item will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.

• Returns for Other Reasons: If you have a valid reason for returning an item (such as a change of mind or wrong order), we can arrange a replacement, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Return Process: To return a product, please send it back using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense. The return must be shipped to our address, which will be provided upon request.
